England collapse after steady start

Before the fall of Brook, England were in a decent position, having recovered from early wickets. However, the dismissal triggered a collapse that saw them bundled out for just 175 in 36 overs. New Zealand’s bowlers maintained relentless pressure, exploiting movement and bounce on the Hamilton surface.

Blair Tickner emerged as the standout performer, claiming a brilliant four-wicket haul. His accurate line and variations troubled the English batters throughout the innings.
