PSL 11 player auction to be held on February 11

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 player auction will be held on February 11, according to the decision taken by the authorities.

This will be the first time in the history of the PSL that player bids will be conducted in Pakistani rupees.

Sources said that the base price for players in the top category has been set at Rs 42 million. The base prices for other categories have been fixed at Rs 22 million, Rs 11 million, and Rs 6 million respectively.

Each franchise will be allowed to form a squad consisting of 16 to 20 players. It has also been made mandatory for every team to include at least two uncapped under-23 players in their squad.

It was further shared that players selected for HBL PSL 11 will be offered contracts for a period of two years.
