Govt increases petrol, diesel prices for next fortnight

The price of diesel has risen from Rs268.38 to Rs275.70 per litre.

The federal government has increased fuel prices for the next two weeks starting from February 16. Petrol has been raised by Rs5 per litre, while high-speed diesel has gone up by Rs7.32 per litre.

With this increase, the new price of petrol is Rs258.17 per litre, compared to the previous price of Rs253.17. Similarly, the price of diesel has risen from Rs268.38 to Rs275.70 per litre.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, these revised fuel prices will come into effect on February 16 and will remain in place for the upcoming fortnight.
