Aminul Islam lands in Pakistan ahead of ICC emergency meeting

Scheduled to meet PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi, with virtual participation in ICC session.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chairman Aminul Islam has arrived in Pakistan to attend a crucial emergency session of the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Sources indicate that Aminul Islam is likely to take part in both the PCB and ICC emergency meetings, with both cricket board heads also joining the ICC proceedings virtually.

During his brief visit, the BCB chairman is slated to hold discussions with PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Following his participation in the ICC session, Aminul Islam is expected to return to Dhaka later this evening.

Additionally, reports suggest that representatives from the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) may also be in attendance, alongside other board members, to deliberate on pressing cricketing matters.
