KARACHI: Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has warned that wars are never confined to a single region, emphasizing their far-reaching global consequences during an interview with TRT World.
Bilawal Bhutto stated that conflicts in any region inevitably impact other countries, highlighting that the effects of war are not limited by borders.
He stressed that modern global dynamics ensure that unrest in one part of the world is felt across continents.
He noted that recent conflicts have clearly demonstrated how interconnected the world has become, making it impossible for nations outside conflict zones to remain unaffected.
The PPP chairman underscored the urgent need for global peace, asserting that the consequences of war ultimately reach every country, directly or indirectly.
On the other hand, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, has said that implementing a ceasefire is a gradual process that requires time, especially at the ground level, during an interview with Al Jazeera.
Bilawal Bhutto noted that following the Pakistan-India conflict, the ceasefire was implemented in phases, highlighting that such agreements cannot be enforced instantly.
He added that in recent developments, bombing in Iran has stopped, while attacks across the Middle East have significantly reduced, indicating progress toward stability.
The PPP chairman stated that several aspects of the ceasefire have already been implemented, contributing to a decrease in regional tensions and an overall improvement in the security situation.
He emphasized that while positive changes are visible, full implementation of ceasefire agreements on the ground takes time, expressing optimism that conditions in the Middle East are steadily improving with a noticeable decline in hostilities.
