PM Shehbaz to visit Saudi Arabia within 48 hours

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to visit Saudi Arabia in the coming days after receiving an invitation from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

According to sources, the prime minister is expected to depart for Riyadh within the next 48 hours.

The visit comes at a crucial time, particularly after recent United States–Iran talks held in Islamabad, adding to its regional significance.

During the visit, Shehbaz Sharif is likely to hold meetings with the Saudi leadership to discuss key regional and international issues, as well as matters related to financial cooperation between the two countries.

Sources further revealed that the prime minister will be accompanied by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi.

Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb is also expected to join the delegation upon his return from the United States.
