Patrick Muldoon was born in San Pedro, California.
Popular American actor, known for his role in Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place, had passed away at the age of 57 due to a heart attack.
According to his friend Jhoan, the actor died after suffering a massive heart attack. He remembered Muldoon as someone who “embraced each day with a full-tilt, rock ‘n’ roll spirit.” He also expressed his grief, saying he was deeply saddened by the loss of his dear friend and would always remember him as a kind person.
Patrick Muldoon was born in San Pedro, California, and studied at the University of Southern California, where he graduated while also playing for the Trojans football team.
He began his acting career with a two-episode role in the sitcom Who’s the Boss?. He later gained recognition for his role as Austin Reed in Days of Our Lives, appearing from 1992 to 1995 and returning again from 2011 to 2012.
He is survived by his partner Miriam Rothbart, his parents Deanna and Patrick Muldoon Sr., his sister Shana, his brother-in-law Ahmet Zappa, and their children, his niece Halo and nephew Arrow Zappa.
His family has said that details regarding his funeral will be announced later.
