Oppo has introduced the Watch X3 Mini in China, adding a smaller version to the Watch X3 series launched last month. The new smartwatch has a compact design but still offers many of the same smart features as the bigger model.
The Watch X3 Mini comes with a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. It can reach a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and is protected by sapphire crystal glass. The size of the watch is 43.2 x 43.2 x 11.18mm.
The device weighs 40.4 grams without the strap, while it weighs either 58 grams or 60.6 grams with the strap depending on the version. It is available in gold, silver, and brown colours.
The smartwatch is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear W5 processor. It supports eSIM, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, and multiple navigation systems including GPS, BeiDou, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS.
It includes various sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, barometer, optical heart rate monitor, pulse oximeter, wrist temperature sensor, and an ambient light sensor.
The Watch X3 Mini offers more than 100 sports modes and also includes an AI sports coach feature. It has 5ATM and IP68 ratings, making it resistant to water and dust.
The smartwatch is equipped with a 354 mAh battery. According to Oppo, it can last up to 2.5 days in full smart mode, up to 1.5 days with the always-on display turned on, and up to one week in power-saving mode.
The starting price is $263 for the version without eSIM, while the eSIM version is priced at $293. Oppo has not yet confirmed whether the Watch X3 Mini will be available in global markets.
